These are the terms for using Tide. We’ve kept them short on purpose.

What Tide is

Tide is a planning and reminder tool built around how ADHD works. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment, or a replacement for a clinician, coach or therapist. Nothing in the app or in the messages we send is a health recommendation.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older to use Tide.
• Keep your password to yourself. What happens in your account is your responsibility.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts that are used to abuse the service or other people.

Your content

Everything you write in Tide stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so we can run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.

Messages

If you connect WhatsApp, you are asking us to message you at the times you choose. Your carrier’s usual charges may apply. Reply STOP at any time to pause the messages, or turn them off in Settings.

AI features

“Break it down” and mantra drafts are written by an AI model and can be wrong or unhelpful. Treat them as a starting point, not as instructions. Each account has a usage cap so the feature stays available for everyone.

Availability

Tide is provided as is. We try to keep it reliable, but we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the service.

Paid plans

Tide is currently free. If we introduce a paid plan, we will show the price, what it includes and how to cancel before you pay, and we will update these terms.
