Terms
Last updated 13 September 2026
These are the terms for using Tide. They’re short on purpose.
What Tide is
Tide is a planning and reminder tool designed around how ADHD works. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment, or a substitute for a clinician, coach, or therapist. Nothing in the app or in the messages we send should be read as a health recommendation.
Your account
- You need to be 16 or older to use Tide.
- Keep your password to yourself; you’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may close accounts used to abuse the service or other people.
Your content
Everything you write in Tide stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy page.
Messages
If you connect WhatsApp, you’re asking us to message you at the times you set. Standard carrier or data charges may apply. Reply STOP at any time to pause, or turn messages off in Settings.
AI features
“Break it down” and mantra drafting are generated by an AI model and can be wrong or unhelpful. Treat suggestions as a starting point, not instructions. Usage is capped per account so the feature stays available for everyone.
Availability
Tide is offered as-is. We aim for it to be reliable, but we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or end features. To the extent the law allows, we’re not liable for losses that come from relying on the service.
Paid plans
Tide is currently free. If we introduce a paid plan, the price, what it includes, and how to cancel will be shown clearly before you pay, and these terms will be updated.
